The Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Sonic Healthcare's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is currently suspended until further notice. The DRP allows shareholders to reinvest their cash dividend in exchange for ordinary shares. To take advantage of the DRP shareholders should complete a DRP Election Form (issued for that dividend) and submit this form to the company’s share registry in accordance with the instructions as set out in the DRP rules (copy attached below).

Shares issued under the DRP are allotted at or below the market price for Sonic Healthcare shares (defined as the average market price of all Sonic Healthcare’s fully paid ordinary shares sold on the ASX during the 5 trading days immediately after the record date in respect of the dividend). A standing discount of 2.5% to market price applies until further notice.
